Opening in late December 2019, every day at Vintage Cooperative of Iowa City is filled with comfort, convenience and connection. Our thoughtfully designed senior independent living homes are one-level units tailored to meet the unique needs of our community members, offering a safe and welcoming environment. With a range of amenities, our 55+ community promotes an active and independent lifestyle.
We enjoy non-smoking, maintenance-free living while, through the elected board of directors and volunteer committees, we oversee the maintenance and activities of the cooperative community.
